TO PLACE AN ORDER:
1.
To select a product, click on 'More Options' to see details of the video and format choices (DVD or Video Tape). Once you have chosen a product item and format, enter the desired quantity in the check box.
2.
Click 'Add'. Item will automatically be added to your shopping cart. You may then choose other products or formats in the same way and add them to your cart.
3.
Once you have completed your order, click 'View Cart' on the top right corner of your screen. You may still edit your order here.
4.
To complete your order, click 'Checkout'. Once you enter this area you cannot edit your order details and must start the order again if you need to make changes.
5.
Fill in the brief information requested (billing & delivery addresses, credit card information, etc.). Credit card orders are processed by PayPal.
Please Note: If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to register with them first. The PayPal registration cannot be completed until you receive their 4-number code on your credit card statement. After completing the PayPal registration and confirmation process, return to Muscle Zone Productions to enter your order details again. The order entered prior to establishing and confirming your PayPal account wil not be processed or charged.
PayPal personal details are protected and Muscle Zone Productions never sees your credit card details. This process is automated, through an encrypted site for your security.
6.
Once the PayPal payment is accepted, you will receive an order number and an invoice confirmation will be sent to you by email. This indicates that your order has been securely processed through PayPal and your order will sent within a few days.

Bank Draft * or Money Order *: Payment by Bank Draft is accepted in either US or HK Dollars, payable to 'Muscle Zone Productions', subject to the note below. Please click 'Print ORDER FORM' (see also button on left), complete all details and mail your request. * Please note:
The Bank Draft must be drawn on a bank address in Hong Kong. For example, drawn on Citibank in Hong Kong, but not on Citibank in New York. If sending a Money Order, it must also be issued to be drawn on a location address in Hong Kong. We regret that we cannot process payments drawn on any bank or location address except if in Hong Kong. Personal Cheque: Hong Kong residents with a Hong Kong Dollar bank account can send a personal check payable to 'Muscle Zone Productions'. Please click 'Print ORDER FORM', complete all details and mail your request. Cash: Cash can be accepted in either US or HK Dollars but we highly recommend that it be sent by registered mail.

PRICING All prices are in USD - the cost of each tape is USD39 and shipping is USD6 per tape anywhere in the world. (Please see our Shipping & Guarantee page for more details). There are no extra hidden charges or taxes*.
VIDEO FORMAT Our products are available in the following formats:
(1) NTSC video tape
(2) PAL video tape
(3) DVD (NTSC North America format) - videos of Sami and Jun only
(4) DVD-R (in either NTSC or PAL format) - all other videos
DVD's for Sami and Jun are in NTSC format and do not have any regional coding. They will play on all NTSC DVD systems, as well as most newer PAL DVD players.
All other DVD's are in DVD-R format and are available in both NTSC and PAL. The DVD-R format does not have any regional coding and should play on most newer DVD systems.
Before ordering, please ensure that your PAL DVD player will also play the NTSC DVD format. We cannot assume responsibility for compatibility with your player.
