Delivery medium for all products is digital download giving customers the benefits of buying their desired videos online without delay, and without added shipping costs. All video files are high quality, large MP4 format files (1280×720 pixels) suitable for playing on most any device: PC, Mac, tablet, phone, and TV with MP4 playback facility (a USB drive input for example). Files can also be burnt to disk for TV playback if preferred.

You have option to use your PayPal account or most credit cards for your goods. For information about PayPal and its services, please visit the PayPal website and contact us if you have any further questions. PayPal also offers their PayPal CREDIT process for interest-free purchase over 6 months (for US PayPal accounts ONLY). Click the logo below for more information.

Digital download information

Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed immediately for Digital Downloads, and you will be redirected to a Purchase Confirmation page where you can download your products without delay. You will also receive a purchase confirmation email with same download links for all products bought.

Files are large and could take anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes (or more) to download depending on your Internet connection speed. Be patient. All files are served from the Amazon S3 system for secure, reliable and fast delivery. If download should fail, you can simply try again.

All download links expire in 72 hours, but do not worry if you run out of time…just ask via the Contact Muscle Zone form for fresh link(s) and we will be happy to send them to you.

Simply click on the first download link and the download will begin automatically. Follow your system prompts. After one file is downloaded, repeat process for any more files you have bought.

Once downloaded, for Windows users you can go to Windows Explorer and open the file. You will see the video mp4 file inside. Open it and select file within, copy and paste to the location of your choice on your computer. As the file is being pasted, it will unzip. At that point, you can watch each video.

If your system tells you that you need Winzip, you do not. Simply Right Click on the zip file, choose Open With Windows Explorer (or any other unzip tool you may have installed).

On many Macs, just clicking on the zip folder will unzip it automatically.

Repeat the process for all ZIP files. Should you wish to use an excellent free Unzip utility you can install the 7-Zip File Archiver utility program.

All videos have an MP4 extension, which plays well in Windows and on Macs. The MP4 zip files are also smaller, faster downloads than other formats.

Important: Once you have downloaded your files, please make a backup copy onto an external drive, like a flash drive. You can buy an inexpensive 16GB flash drive which is big enough to hold all your Muscle Zone videos.
